Fred W. Edwards is an attorney and licensed California Real Estate Broker. Fred focuses his practice in the areas of probate, bankruptcy, employment law and real estate.

Prior to joining the firm, Fred worked at Kaplan College as the Criminal Justice Program Chair, lecturer, and Interim Academic Dean. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Fred had a successful career as a police officer.

Fred received his Juris Doctor degree from Trinity Law School where he was an Articles Editor for the Trinity Law Review and received honors as a Moot Court competitor. He also served as a law clerk for the San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office. In addition to a law degree, Fred has an MBA with a specialization in entrepreneurship. He received his undergraduate degree in Business Management from the University of La Verne where he was a member of Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society.

In his spare time, Fred volunteers with local youth as a member of the 100 Black Men of Inland Empire. He also loves spending time with his beautiful wife, Ada, and trying to keep up with his three sons – one is pursuing his degree in Kinesiology and two are Division 1 college basketball players.

Surina Ramirez joined the Law Offices of Willie W. Williams as a Paralegal in 2013. Surina is a litigation paralegal who assists in all phases of litigation, from inception through discovery and trial, including organization and analysis of case materials, pre-trial preparation and in-courtroom trial support. Surina has extensive experience in interviewing witnesses and gathering information from a wide variety of public and private sources. Prior to joining the Law Offices of Willie W. Williams, Surina gained experience at a firm focusing on bankruptcy law.

Kimberly Organis recently joined The Law Office of Willie Williams as a Legal Assistant. She graduated from Chaffey College with a degree in University Studies and Political Science. At Chaffey, she served as Vice President of the Legal Society Club and worked with the Academic Senate. Subsequently, Kimberly graduated from UCLA with a degree in Political Science with an emphasis on race and ethnicity in politics. While in college, Kimberly gained experience assisting others to us available legal resources. Kimberly is hoping to pursue a career as an attorney.

In addition to her administrative duties, Kimberly interacts extensively with existing clients and usually serves as the first point of contact for potential clients. She is a fluent Spanish speaker.

Beginning at the inception of the firm in 2007, Loren has served as an office clerk.

He assists with various administrative tasks, including the preparation of invoices and updating legal files.

Loren is a recent graduate of Riverside Community College.

Ms. Madison began her career in finance as a personal assistant and bookkeeper in 1995. She has used her skills in the entertainment, healthcare, property management, legal and trucking industries. After graduating from Bethune–Cookman College (now Bethune-Cookman University) in Florida, Ms. Madison earned a master’s degree from the University of La Verne focusing on business finance and public administration.

Ms. Madison is the off -site financial manager for The Law Office of Willie W. Williams. This devoted mother of two boys is admired for her 20 plus years of experience in financial management and her detail for organization.
